catboard
Seventeen hundred square feet of living space, not including the basement rooms. Another fifteen hundred square feet of yard, give or take. A whole neighborhood to command. And yet the cat is compelled to walk on my keyboard dozens of times a day, as if we were tight for space. Do the keys provide some sort of massaging-paw action? Am I making too much noise? You're probably thinking, "He just wants attention." Perhaps, but he doesn't like to be held or even touched very much. He doesn't seem to mind being picked up bodily and thrown to the bed, however. He comes right back to do it again. Maybe that's why he walks on the keyboard--he likes the part where he gets to fly through the air?
One of the advantages of being disorderly is that one is constantly making exciting discoveries.
